About the role
This is a part-time role that will start at 20-30 hours per week that will transition into full-time as your skills and expertise evolve. Your most important task will be to give our clients an exceptional experience while maintaining the systems and procedures within the clinic. You will be working with our clients and health professionals with scheduling appointments, and take phone calls in addition to general administrative duties. We are a family-based service – so expect that there will be lots of kids running around! Yes, that means you will be expected to entertain the kids or hold babies during the family consultation! Your flexibility with hours will also be a benefit as there will be some early starts and late finishes. You will be provided with training in our industry-recognised systems and procedures.
