Young Chiropractic may collect Non-Personal Information about your use of our website, special promotions and/or newsletters.

As you use Young Chiropractic, you will be given the option of completing an enquiry form. These forms will be of a general nature and will in no way disclose your unique health characteristics.
The information supplied through our form fields is treated with the strictest of confidence and will not be supplied to people outside of Young Chiropractic without your permission being sought.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Neither Young Chiropractic nor any of its services are designed or intended to attract children under the age of 13.
From time to time the Young Chiropractic’s market research, or its operations contractors acting on its behalf, conducts online research surveys in order to gather feedback about our website, our sponsors and opinions on important healthcare issues, through email invitations, surveys and online focus groups.
Personally Identifiable Information collected through market research will only be used byYoung Chiropractic and its operations contractors and will not be given or sold to a third party.
